Q. How do I get in touch?

Answer: We are very flexible so we will take email text or a phone call. We love chatting to old and new clients over the phone but we are aware people don’t always have the time.

Q. How do I book my pets stay?

Answer: We recommend you send us an email or give us a call to check availability. We do require a 50% payment at time of booking to Secure your pets stay...

Q. How do I pay for my pets stay?

Answer: We accept cash or bank transfer.

Q. When are you open?

Answer: We are open all year round and throughout the holidays.

Q. Are you open over the Christmas holidays?

Answer: Yes we are open during the Christmas holidays. We do charge a sub charge for boarding over the Christmas holidays on the following days... Xmas eve, Xmas day, Boxing Day, NYE and NYDay.

Q. What do I need to bring?

Answer: We provide everything for your fur baby.. But if there is a certain blanket or tray etc that your fur baby loves then you are more than welcome to bring it.

Q. Do you provide feed?

Answer: We provide Timothy hay tasty treats and fresh vegetables daily... But we do ask for you to supply your own dry feed your fur baby’s can have a very sensitive tummy so keeping them on there own dry fees will make there tummy’s a little happier.

Q. Can I visit before I book?

Answer: Absolutely we encourage people to come abs have a look round so you are happy where your little friend is staying... If you don’t have time for a visit we can always send pictures and videos.

Q. How will I know if my pet is ok when I am away?

Answer: We know how important it is for you to know how your fur baby is doing OK, so we keep in touch with pictures and videos daily if you require... We can send via email or Whatsapp.
